Upon receipt of your CV and cover letter: Your application is reviewed and processed by our HR department, in coordination with the needs of our operational teams. If your profile matches the required skills, you will be contacted directly by our recruiters for a pre-screening. An HR interview is conducted to assess your motivation and your soft and hard skills. An interview with our operational staff/managers follows the HR interview. This is where technical skills and job-specific knowledge are further assessed. Technical and language tests may be conducted.
