If your profile matches the required skills, you will be contacted directly by our recruiters for a pre-screening. An HR interview is conducted to assess your motivation and your soft and hard skills. An interview with our operational staff/managers follows the HR interview. This is where technical skills and job-specific knowledge are further assessed. Technical and language tests may be conducted.
